What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of your own client ledger from day one.
• Communicate professionally with clients at all levels to secure outstanding payments.
• Accurately document client interactions and segment ledgers using our query coding system.
• Manage your workload effectively to achieve monthly cash and aged debt targets.
• Work collaboratively on the team inbox as part of a rota.
• Contribute to the team’s goal of exceeding cash and provisioned debt targets.
• Leverage your skills to find innovative solutions to complex credit control matters.
