Job Requirement

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
• Work with customers to arrange suitable payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.

Job Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Basic understanding of the Accounts Receivable process (invoicing, collections, cash application).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
