Credit Controller

**DESCRIPTION**



We are looking for a talented Credit Controller who is hardworking, a team player with a positive attitude and reliable nature to join our team specializing in Finance Operations for our Corporate Organization in Scoresby, VIC.



In this role, you will manage a large ledger and take responsibility for the New South Wales and New Zealand ledgers.



**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**



+ Process customer credit card payments accurately and ensure timely application to accounts.

+ Prepare and distribute adhoc customer account statements and resolve inquiries promptly.

+ Conduct telephone collections and issue friendly reminders and demand notices.

+ Perform fortnightly aged trial balance reviews with your manager and monthly 1:1 meetings.

+ Manage account reconciliations, stop credit activities, and monitor/authorize order releases.
