What This Role Involves As a Credit Counsellor, you are passionate about supporting clients as they navigate financial challenges. You provide compassionate guidance to help them find solutions for managing debt, overcoming barriers, and achieving their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ financial situations, helping them gain a clear understanding of their income, expenses, and debt obligations.

Provide personalized options and strategies to help them effectively manage and resolve their debts.

In some cases, offer ongoing support through a Debt Management Program, which enables clients to pay off their debts with interest relief.

Serve as a trusted resource, answering questions and following up to ensure clients stay on track toward financial stability.

Qualifications
