Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to issue the invoice billing to tenants, collection of ageing debt of the tenants and issue the official receipt to the tenants.
• Improve collection efficiency and maintain good business relationship with tenants.
• Ensure all collections are banked-in to the Company bank account on time as per the Company policies and procedures.
• Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
• Maintain responsive communication with tenants and resolving tenant’s complaints; enforce rules and escalate issues and problems to senior management when necessary.
• Handling initial tasks related to handing over and coordination of the process of vacant possession.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management
