Credit & Fraud Specialist

Job Summary The Credit Specialist is responsible for supporting credit risk management, account review, credit policy execution, and exposure monitoring across the customer lifecycle. This role evaluates customer credit risk, supports credit decisioning, and helps minimize bad debt exposure while balancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

The Credit Specialist works closely with Collections, Customer Care, Customer Acquisition, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure credit policies are applied consistently and credit exposure is properly managed.
