Credit Management Associate

Manage the existing APAC real estate loan portfolio and act as the primary liaison between the Singapore office and their headquarters. You will oversee post-origination matters, allowing the origination team to focus on new business.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight: Lead day-to-day monitoring of loans, including covenant analysis, rent rolls, valuations, and financial statement reviews.
• Credit Liaison: Partner with credit management in Germany to process amendments, waivers, and monthly performance reports.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate credit issues, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct APAC market research and provide analytical support (cash flow analysis/property overviews) to the origination team as needed.
