We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual as a Credit Management Executive (Debt Management) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing debt recovery processes, consumer bankruptcies, and the full spectrum of company insolvency procedures, including but not limited to liquidation, judicial management, receivership, Chapter 11, and other related processes. Additionally, the role oversees various insolvency-related end-to-end activities, ensuring the effective handling of all associated procedures.
