About the Role
The Credit Manager - PayGo Phones Kenya is a field-based position within the Global Risk and Credit team. The role focuses on overseeing credit and related risk areas within the PAYGo business in Kenya. It involves shaping, implementing, and maintaining effective credit risk controls and operational practices to strengthen portfolio quality and regulatory adherence.

What you will be expected to do:

Portfolio Performance Oversight

• Review portfolio performance to identify customers showing early signs of repayment difficulties through data review and direct field engagement.
• Track portfolio risk indicators and ensure timely escalation and visibility.
• Produce consistent and accurate portfolio performance and risk indicator reports.
• Monitor regional, area, and product-level trends and recommend corrective actions to address emerging risk exposures.
