Position Title: Credit Operations Associate
Location: Bogotá, Medellín
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM COT
English Required: 9.0 to 10.0
Responsibilities:
Partner Support: Respond to emails, file ticket bugs, process refunds, and provide support.
Partner Monitoring: Review flagged loans, conduct audits, and confirm data accuracy.
Translations: Support translation requests and maintain documentation.
Additional Tasks: Support small projects and test new solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Highly organized with experience in customer service.
Communication: Superior written communication skills.
Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and process orientation.
