Credit Relationship Manager- Real Estate, Corporate & Investment Banking (UAE National Only)

Responsibilities include support in preparing and submitting Credit Proposals (CP) for both existing (Annual Reviews and Amendments) and New To Bank (NTB) clients. The role covers a range of tasks and monitoring activities.

• Support in preparation and submission of Credit Proposals (CP)
• Facility structuring
• BIR
• Financial spreads and comments on financials
• Account conduct
• Generate ratings
• Well versed with PREM/Moodys
• Directly liaise with customers (in consultation with the RMs) for information/clarifications
• eName checks
• Monitor CP expiries and update database on a weekly basis for expired, submitted, and queried CPs
• Upcoming maturities
• Insurance expiries
• Valuation expiries
• Covenant testing
• Communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and clients
