- Propose and implement credit strategy and policy for retail lending.
- Conduct portfolio monitoring, analysis and prepare risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends.
- Coordinate with the modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and ECL/Basel models.
- Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics.
- Evaluate and influence to balance business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing.
- Provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality.
- Collaborate closely with collection team and feedback on collections policies or strategies that will help in reducing delinquency roll rates and losses
- Collaborate closely with operation team to improve process and conduct technology enhancements.
