Job Description
- Manage and monitor the bank's credit portfolio across industries and geographies
- Define and oversee credit appetite, limits, and portfolio concentration risks
- Review, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures in line with group and EU requirements
- Identify, measure, monitor, and report credit risk across head office and branches
- Produce regular and ad-hoc credit risk reports for internal committees and regulators
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests related to credit risk topics
- Perform on-site and off-site credit reviews and portfolio inspections
- Develop and maintain credit risk early-warning indicators (e.g. SICR, UTP)
- Oversee IFRS 9 classification standards and quarterly ECL production with analytical insight
