Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support the administration and ongoing management of commercial mortgage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and process renewals of matured commercial mortgages and sub‑accounts of commercial MOne facilities within the administrative purview of both the bank and the Real Estate Finance Group.
• Conduct annual monitoring/client touchpoints for a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans in a timely manner.
• Serve as back‑up to commercial mortgage closing officer(s).
• Stewardship of the business unit's procedures.
• Ad‑hoc reporting, research and sundry tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of related work experience in the commercial real‑estate space.
• Post‑secondary education.
• Exemplary written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
