What is this position about?
The person would be handling mainly Lombard and some Structured transactions.
The person would be handling mainly Lombard and some Structured transactions.
- Cover mainly Lombard and some Structured transactions, new and existing, which originate from WM clients. For Structured deals, these include insider single stock lending, exotic structures, OneBank transactions and cross-border mortgage deals with collateral types comprising insider stocks, illiquid assets and properties.
- Assist in WM transactions and collaborate closely with CIB lending teams for OneBank transactions.
- Involve in UHNW client-onboarding pitching and attending client meetings with Relationship Managers where necessary, to identify and formulate lending solutions based on the clients’ requirements.
- Ensure all credit files are renewed in a timely manner in accordance with the credit policy.
