Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Supervisor / Team Leader for a leading and respected services organisation based in the north-western suburbs of Melbourne.

The role is offering ongoing temporary work with a potential for extension within a fast-paced environment, managing a team responsible for both billings and collections.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing a small team ensuring:

• The timely and accurate receipting and processing of payments
• Collections of outstanding debts
• Repayment negotiations
• Providing high level of customer service within a complex portfolio
