Credit Underwriting Sr Manager

The Credit Portfolio Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team supporting U.S. Residential Real Estate Mortgage Operations by the review and completion of condominium project reviews and cooperative reviews. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services in alignment with Citi operations’ support infrastructure and processes.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and manage a team of analysts, through the delegation of tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and support on condominium and cooperative reviews in support of mortgage underwriting for Retail, Home Equity, Wealth and Correspondent channels.
+ Ensure all condo projects and cooperatives adhere to Citi, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac lending guidelines.
