Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related course
• Experience in Credit Industry

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and conduct background investigation.
• Conduct ocular and physical inspection/telephone inquiries to verify authenticity of client’s statement.
• Check pertinent facts about the client’s credit standing/history/behavior from other banks/financial institutions, through online verification – Loandex, CMAP‑BAP inquiry, bank fishing, employment verification, suppliers and customer verification.
