Job Title: Experienced Credit Controller
My client based in Westmead Durban is seeking to employ an Experienced Credit Controller.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administration
Professional behaviour towards customers and colleagues.
Ensure that all queries relating to requests for proof of delivery, goods returned, rebates or claims will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Liaise with sales staff regarding the status of accounts and discuss overdue amounts which are not resolved, finding a solution to prevent ageing of accounts.
Send out letters on overdue accounts.
Monthly debtor’s reconciliations.
Daily telephonic collections and recording of such action on the system.
Daily action of outstanding queries.
Processing daily receipting and ageing debtor’s accounts correctly.
Daily assistance to sales desk.
Daily invoicing.
Meet monthly collection targets and reduce the number of days outstanding.
