We will build on your hospitality industry experience and give you the tools to help support employees with a disability in our BariStars coffee vans. Reporting to the Enterprise Manager, the Crew Coordinator will run the day-to-day operations of the van, while providing supervision, training, and goal setting for the employees in their team. 

To be successful in this role you will have an unrestricted driver’s licence, a current first aid certificate, NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and experience in the hospitality industry - preferably as a barista.
