About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator to manage day-to-day crewing activities and ensure smooth coordination between vessels, crew members, and internal teams. This role is central to keeping operations compliant, efficient, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew sign-on and sign-off for vessels as per schedules
• Maintain and update crew records, certifications, and documentation
• Liaise with agents, masters, and operations team regarding crew movements
• Ensure compliance with flag state, port, and company requirements
• Monitor crew contracts, leave plans, and relief schedules
• Support visa processing, medicals, and travel arrangements
• Address crew-related queries and provide timely support
