Crew Development Officer

The Store Crew Trainer is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring new and existing crew members to ensure they meet company standards in service quality, food safety, operational procedures, and cleanliness. This role plays a critical part in maintaining brand consistency and improving overall crew performance at the store level.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in store operations, confident in facilitating training sessions, and capable of conducting structured food safety training to ensure strict compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Onboarding

• Conduct structured, hands-on training for new crew members based on company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires understand store processes, expectations, and performance standards.
• Demonstrate proper service flow, food preparation standards, and operational procedures.
