Crew Executive

About the role

Join Lianson Fleet Group Berhad' as a Crew Executive, a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Oil & Gas operations of the company, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and deployment of crew members to various offshore and onshore operations
• Ensure that all crew members are properly trained, equipped and prepared for their assignments
• Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of crew-related activities
• Monitor and report on crew performance, attendance and productivity
• Assist in the development and implementation of crew management policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to crew members as needed
• Collaborate with the HR team on crew-related matters, such as recruitment, training and employee relations
