Crew Leader - Extrusion

Administer andmaintainsafety policies and standards.

Ensure first quality for all processes.

Perform andmaintainrequired line readings to ensuremachineset-up is correct.

Fill in for extrusion operators.

Train and coach job specifics to extrusion operators.

Ensure all operators havenecessarytools and supplies.

Complete production reports.

Be familiar withcurrentschedule and prepare for/perform product changeovers.

Communicate with oncoming/outgoing shift’s Extrusioncrew leaders

Must be able to work overtime when neededon short notice.

Ability to keep work areas clean and safe.

Comply withall safety policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources.
