The Crew Leader is responsible for leading and supervising the seasonal crew in all vineyard job tasks and ensuring task performance meets specified expectations.In this role, you will communicate regularly with the Vineyard Supervisor and train crew members in all aspects of vineyard jobtasksalso reporting daily hours and work completed. Transportation of crew to the necessary work sites isrequired.
