Crewing Assistant

Crewing Assistant supports the recruitment, placement, training, and management of crew members (officers, ratings, and hotel staff) on vessels. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements for crew sign-on and sign-off, as well as managing payroll processes.

Additionally, the Crewing Assistant ensures that in-house training is provided to crew members to maintain compliance with the company's (HSEQ) standards. The position also requires adherence to industry regulations, including STCW, PMMRR, WHO, IMO, and MLC, among other relevant maritime standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer Exam for cadet applicants
• Evaluate cadet training certificates and other requirements
• Monitor pooling cadets for office duty
