Location: Makati City, Metro Manila
General Responsibilities:
Assists the Crewing Officer in ensuring that the Crew Management System is fully updated and all departing Seafarers are properly documented and certified in accordance to the latest STCW as well as Principal's requirement prior dispatch.
Person profile:
At least 1 year relevant experience from manning or shipping company within the crew management team for seafarers.
Graduate of any 4-year relevant course, or Tourism and other relevant allied courses in an advantage
Must have a keen interest in processing a huge number of documents
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Arranges the required crew docs in the blue folder prior dispatch.
2. Prepares and collate all the documents required for visa and flagstate applications.
