Crewing Assistant

• Assist in the deployment, and crewing management of skilled seafarers.
• Handle, maintain and process essential crew documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations and relevant laws / regulations.
• Respond to inquiries of crew and provide support on fleet operational-related matters
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment of the crew
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Knowledge of crewing operation policies, procedures, and best practices with focus on maritime or shipping industries
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal oriented
