Crewing Assistant

Primary Function:

Responsible for the crew documentation for optimal deployment of seafarers in accordance with the standards set by the National Government, International Treaties governing Immigration, Flag State Authority, Principal Requirements, and Company Policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures completing the mandatory requirements, as stated in company requirements, such as certificate and course matrices regarding the national and international regulatory authorities, before seafarers are deployed to assigned vessels.

2. Coordinate vessel crew change operations and all seafarers' embarkation and disembarkation tasks.

3. Ensures the security of the seafarer's original documents as entrusted to the company's safekeeping.
