Crewing Assistant- Recruitment

• Source and identify qualified seafarer's based on the company's qualification matrix
• Post seafarer's vacancies on maritime appropriate platforms
• Engage potential candidates for onboarding
• Review and shortlist application based on vessel requirement
• Verify sea service, license, trainings and medical certificates of applicants
• Coordinates with crewing manager for interview schedule of Operations Manager
• Report to Crewing Manager successful hiring for each month
• Identify platforms or events that will generate crew pool

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Four- Year Degree
• Live near the vicinity of Manila City
• Must have at least two (2) years maritime, manning recruitment/ crew sourcing position experience
• Good communication skills to be able to recruit crew

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
