Crewing Manager (Engineering Fleet)

As the Crewing Manager, you will be the core leader responsible for the full‑lifecycle management of our 300‑500 Filipino seafarers across a fleet of 40 engineering vessels. Your mission is to build a robust, compliant, and efficient crewing system from the ground up to support our large-scale offshore operations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end crewing processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, performance appraisal, and promotion.
• Develop standardized scheduling and rotation plans to ensure optimal manning levels for all 40 vessels.
• Establish and maintain a digital database for seafarer records and documentation.
• Oversee daily HR and administrative functions for 300‑500 Filipino crew members, ensuring accurate payroll, benefits, and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag‑IBIG contributions.
• Plan and execute mass recruitment campaigns, background checks, and interview processes.
