Key Responsibilities:
• Run daily production and maintenance to achieve targets
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies
• Coordinate daily manpower and equipment effectively
• Support both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
• Report on production, budgets, and operational updates
Requirements:
• Technical expertise in aggregate or construction processes
• 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally SAP
