Academic Qualifications for a Criminology College Instructor

Master's Degree:

A Master's degree in Criminology, Public Safety Administration, Criminal Justice, Police Science, or a similar discipline is mandatory.

Undergraduate Degree:

The instructor must possess a bachelor's degree in Criminology or a related field of specialization.

Professional License:

For teaching the professional subjects within the Criminology program, the instructor must be a Registered Criminologist.
