+ Current Illinois RN License

+ Minimum two years’ experience in the ER, ICU, or Critical Care Transport

+ Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification

+ NRP preferred

+ PHTLS or ITLS preferred

+ TNCC or TNS preferred

+ Advanced certification preferred

+ CTRN, CFRN, CEN, CCRN or equivalent
