Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Critical Facilities Technician to join our Data Centre team, providing technical and facility support in a 24x7 data center environment. This full-time shift role is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of critical electrical, HVAC, civil, and building management systems. You must be self-motivated, possess a strong sense of urgency, and be dedicated to supporting your team and our customers.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Take ownership of our critical power, cooling/environmental, security & support systems and facilities to meet or exceed uptime service levels.
• Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the data center's heating and cooling systems and overall facility.
