We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Operations & Strategic Delivery team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the execution of our Client Platform strategy, providing leverage for leaders across the platform and driving scale and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business operations, client servicing/relationship management or data management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential.

• Develop seamless platform operations and robust data management to ensure business continuity and scalability;
• Design and optimize processes in partnership with Platform SMEs that enable client-facing teams to drive growth and retain business;
• Drove commercially impactful strategic client initiatives through process improvement projects;
