Job Title: Weekend Client Support & CRM Representative (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Client Support & CRM Representative to support our online operations. You'll be the first point of contact for clients on Saturdays and Sundays, handling tickets, resolving account issues, and keeping our CRM clean, organized, and up to date.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Ticket Management
Monitor and respond to incoming client tickets, chats, and emails during weekend hours.
Troubleshoot basic platform, account, and trading-related inquiries (password resets, login issues, basic order questions, funding/withdrawal status, etc.).
Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate internal team (tech, compliance, risk, or man...
