CRM Analyst

Purpose of the Role

The CRM Analyst will manage and drive the myNEWS Loyalty Programme , overseeing campaign planning, set-up, marketing communication, and performance reporting in a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Campaign Management : Plan, manage, and execute backend programming for monthly loyalty promotions and campaigns within the app, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Data Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on loyalty program performance, including member engagement, redemption rates, and sales impact. Provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams, brand partners, suppliers, and merchandisers to align campaign goals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure sufficient inventory. Partner with app developers to manage system upgrades and enhancements.
