CRM Automation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize client CRMs and work across dozens of platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime through database clean-ups and workflow optimization
Build and monitor email-marketing funnels and automation journeys that drive real revenue impact
Design Zapier/Make integrations and other no-code solutions that slash manual effort
Implement, test, and troubleshoot SaaS platforms for seamless client operations
Produce detailed documentation and system updates to support scalability
Research and experiment with emerging AI and SaaS technologies, integrating them into client workflows and sharing best practices with the team
Qualifications:
Must be amenable to work in US Business Hours (Night shift)
Must be amenable to work onsite (Cebu IT Park/ Cebu Business Park)
Experience with CRMs, email-marketing platforms, and automation tools
