CRM Automation Specialist - Night Shift/Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize client CRMs and work across dozens of platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime through database clean-ups and workflow optimization
• Build and monitor email-marketing funnels and automation journeys that drive real revenue impact
• Design Zapier/Make integrations and other no-code solutions that slash manual effort
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot SaaS platforms for seamless client operations
• Produce detailed documentation and system updates to support scalability
• Research and experiment with emerging AI and SaaS technologies, integrating them into client workflows and sharing best practices with the team

Qualifications:

• Must be amenable to work in US Business Hours (Night shift)
