KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

About the team:
The Customer Technology department manage solutions for campaign automation platforms of CRM and Digital Marketing. Specifically, the CRM SAS Solution team is responsible for complete development cycle, system maintenance, and backend data engineering.

1.Requirement Engineering and Documentation
- Participate in requirement engineering to deliver both business requirement and functional specifications documents.
2.Project Management Support
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams during project execution.
- Responsible for project charter, planning and kick off to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
3.Quality Assurance and Testing
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, cases, scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
