CRM Campaigns Lead (SAS RTDM, Moengage)

We're looking for two experienced CRM Campaign Lead Consultants to embed with a high-volume marketing team and drive both campaign execution and capability uplift. You'll own end-to-end campaign delivery while actively coaching and mentoring a local CRM team — transferring knowledge, raising standards, and building long-term capability.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning, build, and execution of omnichannel campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS using MoEngage and SAS RTDM

Define and implement audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and customer journey logic

Set the quality bar for end-to-end campaign testing, monitoring, and performance reporting

Mentor and upskill local CRM practitioners — translating expertise into replicable processes and ways of working

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical stakeholders to translate business goals into executable CRM workflows
