About the role
The CRM Knowledgebase & Change Management Officer is responsible for maintaining, expanding the CRM knowledge database/content and CRM AI chatbot, and optimizing the content repository structure. It is also responsible for maintaining database and CRM AI chatbot accessibility, data integrity and data backup. The role is also responsible to develop and implement strategic change management strategies and plans that maximize usage of required changes in CRM system. To be successful in this role, a candidate must have a deep understanding and knowledge of the CRM platform. The candidate must have high interpersonal skills, can easily adjust and relate to different positions within the bank.
