This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and usability of the Vault CRM database. The RP will manage Open Home enquiries, correct historical data issues, and ensure clean, reliable CRM records to support sales performance, vendor reporting, and agent workflows.

• Strong, proven experience using Vault CRM in a live sales environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manually push Open Home enquiries into Vault.

• Proven experience merging duplicate records accurately and maintaining correct agent ownership.

• High attention to detail with strong accountability for data accuracy and database hygiene.

• Comfortable working through legacy data clean-up caused by past incorrect processes.

• Able to work independently, follow process, and maintain consistency.
