· Lead development efforts for enhancements, extensions, and defect corrections within Dynamics 365 CE.
· Identify design issues and propose elegant and effective solutions across various technologies.
· Utilize rapid iteration principles to ensure user-centered solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address issues, and implement changes effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices regarding CRM and Dynamics 365 CE functionality
