CRM EXECUTIVE

SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building strong relationships, and helping grow business accounts. Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
• Speak and Write Afrikaans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
