Job Description
CRM Executive (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation.
- Plan and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across CRM platforms (EDM, SMS, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, data extraction, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance; conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, send timing, messaging) to optimise results.
- Provide insights and reports on CRM performance to improve customer engagement strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance CRM platforms and personalise customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve membership-related feedback and enquiries.
- Support ad-hoc CRM and marketing initiatives as required.
