CRM Executive

Permanent position, Salary up to $4,200 with bonus

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of CRM initiatives across sales and aftersales channels.
• Ensure CRM activities align with brand and corporate guidelines.

• Maintain CRM system governance, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable insights.

• Manage Customer Feedback Management (CFM) processes, ensuring timely acknowledgement, follow-up, and case closure in line with SOPs.

• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and low survey scores professionally.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service levels, NPS results, customer trends, and sales funnel performance.

• Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to support business decision-making.

• Support marketing administration, customer engagement initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects.
