Role Summary
Manage customer relationships, optimize retention campaigns, and drive loyalty using data insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer engagement.
Customer Segmentation: Analyze user behavior and data to build highly targeted customer segments for personalized marketing and retention strategies.
Loyalty & Retention: Manage and optimize customer loyalty programs to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and minimize user churn.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion), conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
