We're hiring a CRM Expert (Full Time
• Remote)

At Smart Web Agency, we're scaling our CRM and automation services for clients across the UK and UAE and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes CRM systems every day.

Not just setup. Not just development.

We want real, hands-on operational expertise.

You must have deep experience with platforms like Zoho, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and similar tools.

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing and configuring CRMs end to end

• Building pipelines, automations and workflows

• Email and SMS campaigns

• Lead tracking and reporting dashboards

• Integrations with websites, forms and APIs

• Advising clients on best practices and process design

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years hands-on CRM experience

• Strong automation mindset (not just clicks, but strategy)

• Comfortable with integrations and APIs
